We are located at 1278 S Main St, North Canton, OH 44720. You can find us underneath Abbotts Bridal. Pull into Abbotts Bridal parking lot and go straight down the hill around the back.

Yes, you have to reserve a room/area for your party to have any 1 or more of the following items cake, pizza, cupcakes, presents, decorations, etc.
No, if you are coming in to play with a few friends for open play then you just need to pay for play at the door. However, if you bring in any party related items inside the facility you will be charged the party fee.
Party related items include but not limited to pizza, cake, cupcakes, presents, any decorations, and any party favors.

YES! We base our buy-out rate upon our facility capacity and our drop in Public Play rate. Our standard rate per child is $12.00. Our facility capacity is around 100 people. $12 x 100 = $1200.
Yes! You can join the waitlist from our website or in person. If the spot becomes available, you will have 24 hours to decide if you still want it before we put it back online for other families to book.
From May - August, you can potentially book a party with about two weeks notice. During our busy season, September - April, the general guideline is 2-3 months notice.

For Birthday Parties: You must call to cancel any booking no later than 14 days before your booked date. Money cannot be refunded but can be transferred to a new service unless decided otherwise by STEAM POWERING LLC. For Memberships: You must call to cancel any booking no later than 24 hours before your booked date. Money cannot be refunded but can be transferred to a new service unless decided otherwise by STEAM POWERING LLC.
It depends. We require 15-30 minutes between each party to flip the party room and allow our staff to sanitize the play floor, so certain parties cannot be extended.
5:30 pm - 7:30pm can be extended by 30 minute increments at $50 per every 30 minutes.
In order to extend you must contact STEAM by chat, contact form, email or call.
The only way to reserve a longer party during the middle of the day would be to reserve two party spots. We can reserve two party spots. Please inquire further by contacting STEAM by chat, contact form, email or call.
It depends on the weather! If the weather is nice, you can almost have a private party for a shared party price!
You can bring anything you would like, with some exceptions.
NO alcohol and NO open flames (aluminum chafing dishes with gel stern-o burners are prohibited).
Electric hot plates, instant pots, and crockpots are all welcome.

We order our pizza through Pizza Oven
If you book Little City or Little VIP you get access to a fridge/freezer for your party. For all other parties we recommend you have coolers for drinks and/or bring/have delivered everything fresh with you to the party.

Weekend private parties are only opened Saturday 4:30 pm-6:30 pm and Sunday time slots include 10:30am-12:30pm, 1:30pm - 3:30pm, or 4:30pm-6:30pm. You may request other times, please inquire further by contacting STEAM by chat, contact form, email or call.

Yes, all party packages require a deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your celebration.

Our parties are DIY-based, allowing families to bring their own food, décor, and setup, and choose add-ons as desired.
Shared STEAM Birthday Parties
(Little Village, Little Town & Little City)
All shared STEAM birthday parties include:
2 hours of open play access during your party time
2 hours in a private party room reserved just for your group
30 minutes of setup time prior to the 2-hour party slot
Private STEAM Birthday Parties
(Little VIP)
Private parties do not include a party room. Instead:
The main play area is reserved for your group for the full 2 hours
The party is set up in the main eating space
The space is yours for the duration of the party
30 minutes of setup time prior to the 2-hour party slot
