This ticket is for one day only! Parent/caregiver must remain on the premises at STEAM POWERING LLC. Please be sure to fill out a WAIVER before your visit. *Need to reschedule just send us a message or give us a call! **We close sometimes for private birthday events so check ahead!

Cancellation Policy
To help us give every family the best experience and keep parties running smoothly, please review the following: Party End Time & Clean-Up Your party includes 15 minutes for clean-up and exit at the end of your scheduled time. If extra time is needed, a fee of $25 for every 5 minutes beyond your scheduled end time will be charged. This helps us prepare for the next party and respect our staff’s time. Deposit Policy All party deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance, and we will gladly transfer your deposit to a new date. In the case of illness or emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. While deposits remain non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate a one-time transfer to a future date.
