Village Party Package

Service Description

Deposit Details Pay half at check out and the remainder is due the Friday before the party. Steam Power will send you an invoice with a due date that you can pay the remainder of the party anytime from the time you book until the Friday before the party! Our Village Party Package Includes: • This is a shared party with the general public but you have exclusive use of Village Party Area (see pictures) • 2 hours and includes up to maximum of 5 children, if you have more children you must upgrade upgrade your package!! • No charge for parents, but will be limited to space • Friendly, trained staff to accommodate your party • We take care of all the clean up after, so you get to enjoy the party with your little one. • Bring as many or as few decorations as you would like. Confetti, piñata's are NOT permitted. Nothing may be hung from ceilings or walls. You CAN bring mylar/foil balloons! Latex balloons ARE allowed AS LONG AS they are tied to weights or in form of balloon arch! •Balloons and food are NOT permitted in the play area but only in the party room/area. Balloons are NOT to be freely floating around the facility or room/are and are NOT to be popped. We have these rules in place due to allergies and choking hazards. • No open flames allowed (such as sternos), birthday candles are okay. •12,000 sqft of play space! ******PARTY SET UP TIME ********* This is included in the time slot you book! e.g., Time booked 12:30 pm then set up is at 12:30 pm. If you need more time call or email when you book you party, there will be an additional fee. Village Party Area NON Private Room 1- 6 ft wooden tables with bench seating. 1 table for cake, pizza and presents. ADD ONS! *PLEASE CONTACT STEAM for party add ons. Cancellation Policy

You must call before canceling any booking made with us no later than 14 days before your booked day. Money cannot be refunded, but only rescheduled for a new service unless decided otherwise by STEAM POWERING LLC. If refunded a deposit/rescheduling fee of 50% is non refundable.
